Delete your AVORIX account

Sign in to your AVORIX account, open your profile menu, choose Personal info, then Delete account. Enter your account email and confirm the request.

Download any receipts you need before requesting deletion. Finish active shipments and resolve outstanding payments or refunds first.

Deletion closes access, revokes sign-in sessions and deletes your personal profile, home address, phone verification and profile photo. The request is processed in the background. If cleanup cannot complete, our support team can help.

Shipment, payment and security records required for legal or financial obligations are retained, including payment processor records. These records are separate from your personal profile and are retained for the period required by the applicable obligation.

If you cannot sign in, email support@avorix.com from your account email with the subject Account deletion request. We will verify ownership before acting. Never send your password or verification code.
