How do I control my transportation costs?
You choose the carrier posting price using market-based pricing options. Connect directly with vetted carriers and avoid traditional broker markups. Review the carrier price, AVORIX fee, and total before you book. A carrier must accept the shipment before the move is confirmed.
What kinds of fleet moves can I manage?
Rental relocations, lease returns, branch transfers, fleet rebalancing, new vehicle purchases, and shipments to auctions or buyers.
Can I move multiple vehicles and manage several locations?
Yes. Add one or more vehicles to a shipment, save your regular locations, and give team members access based on their account permissions.
How are carriers checked?
AVORIX checks applicable carrier authority and required insurance. Independent carriers transport your vehicles under their own authority and insurance.
Can I track shipments and access delivery documents?
Yes. Check shipment status, carrier details, and pickup and delivery updates in AVORIX. GPS tracking and ETAs are available where supported. Find available inspection photos, signed bills of lading, delivery proof, invoices, and payment history with the shipment. Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless guaranteed service is agreed in writing.
When do I pay for transportation?
Payment is due after successful delivery unless you have approved written terms. Pay the carrier by cash or check, or set up authorized ACH billing. Eligible delivered shipments can be grouped into one daily ACH payment, with a separate record for each shipment.
What happens if a shipment is canceled?
AVORIX does not charge its standard shipment fee if you cancel before a carrier books or commits to the shipment. After that, carrier cancellation charges may apply if disclosed or authorized.
