Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Avorix Inc. ("Avorix") offers recurring and one-time text messaging programs that may include service updates, shipment tracking, and other informational messages. These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions ("Text Terms") govern your participation in any Avorix text messaging services unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing to our messaging services, you agree to these Text Terms, which are part of Avorix’s Terms of Service. These terms outline your rights and obligations. For information on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Text Terms and other Avorix policies, these Text Terms will apply to our messaging services.

Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring conversational text communications from Avorix, including shipment tracking, delivery updates, appointment reminders, and support notifications. Messages may be delivered via SMS, MMS, or RCS and may be sent using an automatic dialing system or manually. Message frequency may vary and may reach up to 15 messages per week depending on activity and customer interaction. Your consent is not required to make a purchase. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Avorix in one of the following ways: by replying to an opt-in email, by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, or by giving verbal consent during a conversation with a representative. If required, you may need to confirm your subscription by replying "Y" or another response to a confirmation text. Participants must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number provided.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel your subscription at any time by texting "STOP" to the number or short code you’re receiving messages from. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can also request to be removed from our SMS list by contacting us at privacy@avorix.com.

Carrier Disclaimers

Not all carriers support every type of message. Check with your provider to confirm compatibility. Avorix and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For example, T-Mobile is not responsible for message delivery issues.

Mobile Number Changes

If you change your mobile number, please notify us by texting "STOP" from your old number and resubscribing with the new one or contact us at privacy@avorix.com.

Information Usage & Sharing

Phone numbers and personal information collected for SMS communications are used exclusively to provide services and support through our SMS program. Avorix does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Text Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect upon posting. Continued use of our messaging services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We may also notify you of changes via text message.
